8 steps to the new you. Do this for 30 days

As a working mother, we are chameleons. We are constantly shifting characters to adapt to the environment. However, sometimes we get stuck in one character and it needs a radical shift to get you back into balance and remind you of your inner fabulousness ! Here’s the AristoChic strategy to rebranding you:

  1. Write down every thought that stands in the way of your future you and where you are now.
  2. Write down every habit /behaviour that stops you from becoming the healthy, professional, wealthy, person you want to be.
  3. Recognise every emotion that keeps you in the same state of being and become so conscious of these that you won’t let them slip by.
  4. Write down the thoughts to rewire and fire into your brain.
  5. Write down the behaviours of the great person you want to become.
  6. Practice them.
  7. What emotions will you feel when your future happens? Teach your body emotionally.
  8. Every day practice these new behaviours, sincerely and diligently, of the person you want to become.

And the key to making this happen ? Discipline and consistency. You’ve got this. Xx
