Action Cures Fear

These three words just blew my mind.

Seems so simple. But if you are stuck, then these words are terrifying – but fudge me, it works.

Let’s make this real and achievable. I do this by:

  1. Making a list of what I am scared of. Just by identifying it, helps minimise its power over you.
  2. EFT* the fudge out of it.
  3. Take the micro action.
  4. Breathe,
  5. Realise you mutha fudgin’ rock. You’ve taken back control.

What will it take to make the first step? That small micro action that will pierce the balloon of fear and deflate it !
