Working Mothers’ Make S**t Happen Playbook

When I know what I want, I make stuff happen. I don’t do this magically. I do it by following the formula below:

  • Scripting /Journalling regularly (4 times a week at least)
  • Write a gratitude list DAILY
  • Stamp out negative self-talk with mantras. I use : “I am so happy and grateful now that money/great assignments/exciting opportunities, are flowing to me in increasing quantities, from multiple sources, on a continuous basis.”
  • Ten mins of yoga daily
  • 5 mins of meditation daily
  • Self-talk in present tense about how my life is abundant
  • Self-talk in past tense about how my life changed for the better and all the amazing things that happened and continue to surprise me
  • EFT blocks asap
  • Printed picture of my goal with notes all around it visible in my lounge and/or my bag
  • Post it notes of my goals around the house
  • Regular inspiration from Instagram
  • The Secret by Rhonda Byrne (book and film)
  • Make an upbeat playlist of songs that really energise you positively
  • When sad, put that playlist on and you will automatically start to change your vibration – the second you feel that happening, you start chanting your mantra or goals. Personal fave : “F**k mediocre. I want magic. I want to feel alive.”

And the magic ingredient in all of this…? CONSISTENCY. Do this stuff often. Show Up. Xx
